Schootex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement, illegal content, or other violations of applicable law.
If you believe that any content available on Schootex infringes your rights or violates the law, please submit a formal report as described below.

What to Include in Your Notice
To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

Incomplete or unclear notices may result in delays or no action being taken.
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, Schootex may:

Review the reported content

Temporarily disable or remove access to the content

Notify the affected user or content owner
-
Request additional information if necessary
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws, even without prior notice.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@schootex.com. Your counter-notice should include:

Identification of the removed content

A statement explaining why you believe the removal was mistaken

Your consent to jurisdiction in your applicable legal venue

Your physical or electronic signature
Valid counter-notifications may result in content being restored, unless legal action is initiated by the original complainant.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Schootex may suspend or terminate accounts that are subject to repeated or egregious infringement claims, at our sole discretion.
Abuse of the Notice Process
Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices may result in account suspension and/or legal consequences. Please ensure all claims are accurate before submitting a report.
